I was also entertained by some amazing bollywood dancing, had an awesome curry, and learnt how to dance to bhangra at the Yorkshire Indian Society Charity Ball.  An amazing night, and made me proud to be British and from Yorkshire :)

When asked if you want to see some really bad genital warts, always say no. Be very insistent and shield your eyes when a phone is thrust in front of your face, with picture of their friends herpes-riddled genitals in full display.  Otherwise you will have nightmares.
